GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The RAPID (Respond, Assess, Plan, Implement, and Debrief) Response Professional position is responsible for implementing the Company’s RAPID Response Intervention program, complying with the Agency’s policies and procedures, and demonstrating appropriate compliance with the Employee Rules of Conduct.
Rapid is a mobile response service that offers 24/7 support for individuals in crisis. We work diligently to stabilize the crisis, teach the individual crisis management skills, and collaborate with community resources to ensure the individual's success in future placements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- California Driver License
- High School Diploma/GED or Transcript
- Provide a DMV Printout and Proof of Liability Insurance
- Driving your own vehicle is required (We reimburse mileage!)
- Fingerprinting and background screening
