Helping the individuals we serve secure and maintain paid employment opportunities is a primary focus for CVTC. We take pride in the hard work and creativity that has gone into developing an array of minimum wage or higher paying, integrated employment opportunities. Our training includes assessment, discovery, employment preparedness, job seeking skills, interviewing, placement, and ongoing supports such as job coaching.
