Rapid Response Professional II – $21.25/hour, 30 hours/week, 401 (k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays & Vacation!
Rapid Response Professional 0-129 – $21.25/hour, 0-129hrs/month, 401(k)
*Any staff that works an Overnight Shift (12:00 AM to 8:00 AM), is provided a shift differential amount of $1.00/hour above their current hourly rate of pay.

The position of RAPID (Respond, Assess, Plan, Implement, and Debrief) Response Professional is responsible for implementing the Company’s RAPID Response Intervention program, complying with the Agency’s policies and procedures, and demonstrating appropriate compliance to Employee Rules of Conduct.
Rapid is a mobile response service that offers 24/7 support for individuals in crisis. We work diligently to stabilize the crisis, teach the individual crisis management skills, and collaborate with community resources to ensure the individuals success in future placements.

Required Qualifications:
California Driver License
High School Diploma/GED
Open Availability
Provide a DMV Printout and Proof of Liability Insurance
Driving your own vehicle is required (We reimburse mileage at 65.5 cents per mile!)
Passing of a TB test, a drug screening and a physical
Fingerprinting and background screening
