The Regional Director of Operations provides leadership and oversight to CVTC operations in Merced, Fresno and Tulare counties. CVTC is a person centered company that creates positive outcomes for CVTC participants.
Responsibilities include the implementation of CVTC’s person centered vision and mission. The RDO supervises Program Directors; reports to the Chief Operating Officer; membership in CVTC Executive Team; promotes actions and decisions based on corporate values; guides the programs so goals and staff actions are aligned with CVTC framework. Assures quality of established services as well as identifying opportunities to develop and implement new services.
The ideal candidate will have leadership and management experience within the developmental disabilities service industry. Ability to thrive within a collaborative and team oriented environment, flexible and goal oriented. Actively listens and seeks long term solutions focusing on quality customer services. Must demonstrate ability to communicate, lead, provide customer satisfaction, network and build relationships, maintain fiscal responsibility, develop company culture, and facilitate change.
Required Qualifications:1) B.A. Degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related human services field and a minimum of one year experience in the management of a human services delivery system, or three years of experience in a human services delivery system including at least one year in a management or supervisory position and two years of experience or training in one of the following:
A) Care and Supervision of clients in a licensed adult day program, or an adult day health care facility. B) Care and Supervision of one or more of the categories of persons to be served by the day program. b) Administrators of adult day programs employed prior to January 1, 2007, shall remain qualified provided that they have no break in employment as an adult day program administrator exceeding three consecutive years.
2) Valid California’s Driver’s License, DMV Printout, valid automobile insurance; 3) Must meet California Community Care Licensing personnel standards.
