Worthwhile Occupational Resources and Creative Solutions (WORCS) is a comprehensive vocational training service designed to train, support, and prepare people for employment in an integrated workplace. Our training includes vocational interest assessments, pre-employment preparedness, job seeking skills, interviewing, understanding employer expectations, placement, and continual follow-up supports such as full-time job coaching.
WORCS provides a wide range of opportunities for training and development through community volunteering, contracted employment, micro-enterprises, and direct-hiring. The dedicated staff work collaboratively with job seekers to train, enhance, and support individuals for long-term success in the workplace.
