ABOUT ALICSA
Alicsa Conley joined Central Valley Training Center (CVTC) team in 2024. Prior to joining CVTC, Alicsa worked as a Person-Centered Advocate/Work Incentive Practitioner at a non-profit, serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Alicsa specialized in in-depth counseling about benefits and the effect of work on those benefits. Educating on work incentive planning and support enables beneficiaries with disabilities to receive accurate information and use that information to make a successful transition to work. Alicsa looks forward to continuing her passion for supporting individuals to live their best lives.
During Alicsa’s free time, she enjoys traveling, concerts, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering in her community.
