About Deanna
Deanna Smith joined CVTC in 2026 as a Program Coordinator, bringing with her 16 years of professional experience providing services to individuals with diverse abilities. She is passionate about this field and dedicated to supporting individuals, creating meaningful opportunities, and helping those she serves achieve their personal and professional goals.
Since joining CVTC, Deanna has actively contributed to the success of the program through her involvement in Special Olympics, Employee of the Month recognition, special events, staff development, and participant envolvment. She enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of the program and takes pride in creating a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for participants and staff.
Outside of her professional role, Deanna is a devoted mother who enjoys spending quality time with her family and going to the beach. She is also an active animal rescuer. With the support of her family, Deanna helps rescue and provide temporary homes for animals in the Stockton area. Her passion for helping others, both professionally and within her community, reflects her commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those around her.
