Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- Add the milk, oil, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until smooth.
- Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
- Let cool slightly, then enjoy directly from the mug or topped with whipped cream or ice cream!
Tip: For extra indulgence, toss in a few chocolate chips before microwaving and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
