Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
  2. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until smooth.
  3. Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through.
  4. Let cool slightly, then enjoy directly from the mug or topped with whipped cream or ice cream!

Tip: For extra indulgence, toss in a few chocolate chips before microwaving and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
