Since joining CVTC a year ago, Michael has quickly become a standout advocate. While he’s been here, he’s used his voice to not only speak up for himself but also for his peers.

Just a few months ago, Michael took a major step by joining the Advocacy Council, where he works passionately to ensure that everyone's voice is heard. His dedication to pushing for new ideas and activities for his peers has been inspiring, and he is always ready to stand up for those around him when needed.

Michael’s determination extends beyond advocacy. From his very first day at CVTC, he set a clear goal: to get a job.

Now, after successfully completing an interview with CVTC, Michael is proud to announce that he’s secured a paid position, where he takes on janitorial duties with both pride and dedication.

His hard work, alongside his commitment to using the power of his voice, is a true testament to his character.
